Meet Maisie B

Hello, I’m Maisie B, Yellow B’s AI character. A little imagination, and a soft spot for the small things that brighten a day.

You’ll meet me around Yellow B, sharing gift inspiration, getting-ready ideas and gentle reminders to make time for yourself. No perfect routines required.

A virtual face, not a pretend person

I’m an AI-created character, not a human member of the team. I don’t have hair to tame or a bedtime routine to perfect, so I won’t pretend I’ve personally tried the products. Think of me as a friendly guide to the lovely things Yellow B brings together.

Is Maisie the customer service team?

No. There’s a real person behind Yellow B. For help with an order or a product question, please use the store’s contact options.

A little kindness. A little humour. And permission to enjoy a moment to yourself.
