Shipping Policy 

ORDER PROCESSING 

Please allow 3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 5 days to let you know your order is on the way!  

FLAT RATE SHIPPING  

Orders are generally shipped within 10 days. A flat rate shipping fee of £4.50 applies to orders. We do not ship outside of the United Kingdom at this time. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches the destination country. Yellow B is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES  

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at yellowb.contact@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
